കോഴിക്കോട് : കൈത്തറി വസ്ത്രങ്ങളുടെ പ്രചാരണാർഥം വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളിലും പൊതുജനങ്ങളിലും കൈത്തറി ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് അവബോധം സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നതിനായി, കൈത്തറി-ടെക്സ്റ്റയിൽസ് ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റും കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രവും സംയുക്തമായി സ്കൂൾ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കായി ജില്ലാതല ചിത്രരചനാ മത്സരം സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

കോഴിക്കോട് വെസ്റ്റ് ഹില്ലിൽ കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ് പോളിടെക്നിക് കോളേജിൽ വെച്ച് ഒക്ടോബർ 18 നാണ് മത്സരം നടക്കുക. ഒന്ന് മുതൽ 10 വരെയുള്ള ക്ലാസുകളിലെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കായി എൽ.പി., യു.പി., ഹൈസ്കൂൾ വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ മത്സരങ്ങൾ നടക്കും.

മത്സരത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷാ ഫോമുകൾ ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം, താലൂക്ക് വ്യവസായ ഓഫീസുകൾ, ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സ്കൂളുകൾ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് ലഭിക്കും.

താൽപര്യമുള്ള വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ സ്കൂൾ പ്രധാനാധ്യാപകന്റെ/പ്രധാനാധ്യാപികയുടെ ശുപാർശയോടെയുള്ള പൂരിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷകൾ ഒക്ടോബർ 17 ന് വൈകുന്നേരം അഞ്ചിനകം കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രത്തിലോ താലൂക്ക് വ്യവസായ ഓഫീസുകളിലോ സമർപ്പിക്കണം.

The Handloom-Textiles Directorate and the Kozhikode District Industries Centre are jointly organizing a district-level drawing competition for school students to promote handloom products and raise awareness among students and the public. The event will be held at Kerala Government Polytechnic College, West Hill, Kozhikode, on October 18 for students from classes 1 to 10 in LP, UP and high school categories.
